In mint condition a British Medical Webbing Shell Dressing Bag.
IMO this Medical Bag is in mint condition and comes with the unopened bandage packages and carrying strap.
The Webbing Shell Dressing Bag is nicely maker marked 'M&Co' and dated '1942', the package with the bandages packages has a very nice paper ticket dated and maker marked.
This is a very nice example for sure!
