U.S. Airborne M1A1 Paratroopers 1st model Folding Stock

In nice used condition an U.S. Airborne M1A1 Paratroopers Folding Stock 1st model, which was made in 1943.
This example is nicely marked 'OI' (Overton-Inland) the markers can find back on this example as usual in the 'Barrel Channel'.
The Leather cheek pad that is attached to the stock is secured by 3 steel rivets and inside of the metal buttplate had a drawing number cast 'B257614' and 'circle' marked (wagon wheel).
A few wooden pieces are IMO repaired by a proffesional gun maker, shown on the pictures.
Very nice and rare example for sure, this example may not be confused with the 2nd model which is often 1945 or post war used.
