This Spiked Helmet is a 1915 Model, Original fedlgrau finish is about 80% on front plate, 90% on top mount and brim and 80% on chin straps mounts, unfortunately the chin strap is missing. read more

This helmet is from the 89th Division with the unit insignia painted on both sides. It is complete with liner and chin strap.
The helmet is very straight with no dents and it still retains the original paint and sandy texture.

This is a a fine example of a US Army WWI m-1917 helmet. Unit marked with the 33rd Division insignia,the chis strap consisted of a single piece of leather in a continuous loop.
The back section of the helmet has been stamped ''ZC191'' and its nicely size marked ''7 1/8"
